Hi,
In today’s rapidly evolving world, where information flows at the speed of light, screens dominate and attention spans are increasingly shortened, the importance of Visual Communication Design has never been more evident. This is not simply a matter of creating eye-catching visuals, but a matter of shaping perceptions in a constantly changing environment, delivering messages to target audiences, and creating meaningful, unforgettable experiences.
The global nature of today’s world requires design that resonates beyond borders and cultures. Whether it’s a logo, a website, an infographic, a mobile app, a game, or a social media post, effective design can transcend the boundaries of language, captivate, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.
The Visual Communication Design Department aims to train its students as international-level designers, following an interdisciplinary approach where art, design, and technology intertwine. Informed about changing design trends as the world changes, our students gain experience in various fields such as digital media, multimedia applications, graphic design, interaction design, game design, UI/UX design, virtual and augmented reality, video and film design, web and mobile application design, motion graphics and animation, information design, 3D modeling, corporate identity design, and advertising. They can progress in the field they want to specialize in with different course group options. While using the media center, image and sound studios, computers, multimedia and interaction laboratories, and through applied and theoretical courses, students become competent designers with intellectual knowledge who can create creative, attention-grabbing, functional, and aesthetic messages, ideas, and experiences.
